Member Application

Eligibility for membership requires that applicant:
1) The company be in business for one  (1) year AND actively engaged directly/indirectly in the Remodeling Industry for at least 1 full year

2) Is conducting his/her business in compliance with the NARI Code of Ethics 

3) Has all required insurance, and Workers Compensation if business has employees

4) Contractors must be licensed appropriately with the state and be in good standing at the time of this application and remain in good standing. If your license is NOT in good standing, your membership will not be approved

5) If your business or any individual included under the membership has had chapter membership terminated in the past for ANY reason other than non-payment of dues or licenses issues, the business or individual is not eligible to rejoin.

Each member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry pledges to observe high standards of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in the conduct of business by:

·        Promoting only those products and services which are functionally and economically sound, and which are consistent with objective standards of health and safety.

·        Making all advertising and sales promotion factually accurate, avoiding those practices which tend to mislead or deceive the customer.

·        Writing all contracts and warranties such that they comply with federal, state, and local laws.

·        Promptly acknowledging and taking appropriate action on all customer complaints.

·        Refraining from any act intended to restrain trade or suppress competition.

·        Obtaining and retaining insurance as required by federal, state, and local authorities.

·        Obtaining and retaining licensing and/or registration as required by federal, state, and local authorities.

·        Taking appropriate action to preserve the health and safety of employees, trade contractors, clients, and the public.

I have reviewed this application and confirm that all information is complete & correct to the best of my knowledge. I also attest that I am in compliance with the Code of Ethics contained in this application to comply with the Code of Ethics of the Association in the future shall they change.

Chapter membership is provisional and subject to approval of the NARI Chapter Board of Directors.
